My name is Miss. Sianya Salazar I am a graduate of New Mexico State University. I receive a Bachelor's in Biology and a Secondary Educational Alternative Licensure acquiring a science endorsement. The teacher I aspire to be creates a positive change in my student's lives. By being a role model I can show them that we as humans can spread kindness, confidence, and grit as we cherish the beauty that comes from learning. I aim to instill the belief that they are capable of succeeding if they are determined and work hard to get to their destination. My approach to teaching involves creating assignments that require critical thinking, and the usage of engaging lectures that allow the students to tie in the subject to real-life examples as we maintain a positive environment.
