Hi! I teach Special Education 3rd to 5th grade in Lawndale, California. I am going into my 8th year of teaching. This will be my 4th year at this current school. I love what I do and I am really enjoying teaching reading. My students are improving their phonics and decoding skills. With the items on my wishlist, this will motivate them even more. Small flashlights can help them track as they read and I plan to create a classroom library and divide books by genres. I also plan to organize their student materials in the cube organizers (folders and boxes.) Lastly, I plan to have a sensory bin for students that have sensory needs or need to de-escalate.I am so excited for this school year! Thank you for your support!
