First year teacher
Hello! I will be a first year, third grade teacher. I will be starting July at a year around school in North Carolina. I have always wanted to be a teacher and believe strongly in the education system. While I have been blessed with support from friends and family members supplying a classroom is not cheap! As a recent graduate and a first year teacher it's difficult to commit a lot of my finances to supplying a classroom. Everything on this list are items that I have deemed necessary to support my student's growth and success this year. I have included lots of books in order to create an inclusive, high-interest, and engaging classroom library as literacy is a big focus at my school. My wishlist also includes basic school supplies which are always a need, storage to keep everything organized throughout the year, and education-based games to support student learning.
