am a Math Interventionist and Aide at a STEM school. I work with 100+ 6th to 8th grade students, to help them grow their confidence and understanding of math facts. I run groups with a mini lesson and then a “mathish” game. I use candy and snacks as incentives for showing up on time & doing the work. This year I’ve started a “care closet” to help those learners in need, with personal and lunch items. I absolutely LOVE my job!!
