I am just starting up my 22nd year teaching! My first grade classroom typically contains between 20-24, six and seven year olds. This makes for a very busy day with many little hands constantly using various supplies and tools to engage in their learning. I strive to create a classroom community where everyone feels safe, confident, happy and excited to come to school each day.
