As a first-year teacher at a Title I school, I’m incredibly excited to begin
this journey and build a classroom that feels like a safe, welcoming home for
my future students. Many of my students may be facing challenges outside the
classroom, so I want our space to be a place where they feel supported, valued,
and ready to learn. While I’m still finalizing my class list, I’m preparing for
around 24 students and want to make sure we have the supplies we need to kick
off the year strong. This list includes essentials like pencils, dry erase
markers, sticky notes, and other classroom tools. Some items—especially
stationery—are listed in multiples to ensure we have enough for every student
and backups as the year goes on. Your support means so much and will directly
impact the day-to-day experience of my students. Thank you for helping create a
